Real relief
If any of you out there have I b s c then you know how hard it is to find natural ways for your body that really works. Since I’ve ordered this and take at bed time. Plain, simple, perfect
No added colorings, flavorings, sweeteners -I needed just fiber. This is it. It doesn't have any particular taste. If you drink it down more slowly, it starts to thicken. If you don't care for that, add more water, stir, etc. More water (not just 'liquids') is necessary any how, you need the balance or you wouldn't be going for a fiber product in the first place am I right? After a few days of regular use I noticed a change towards the desired result in my stool. An ideal stool is lighter brown in color and should float. Straining to eliminate has meant internal hemorrhoids most likely in my case, trust me, you don't want it to go there. If your diet isn't producing this type of bowel movement then using this supplement consistently will get you where you need to be. Whole husk?
I have used Payllium products for years, and they love me. They do good by me. However, they always seem to resist mixing smoothly into the water. I found out with this whole husk psyllium that it mixes into water much better than powder, and doesn't seem to clump. This time was my second order of the three bags, and it is a bargain at the price. Here's a tip when mixing: use the sprayer at the kitchen sink, and not the single stream. It seems to consistently mix better than just stirring with a spoon.

Seems good, not as fine grain as others
Let me start by saying, it's not as fine as some other products. Little heavy for drinking, but can be done with no real problems. You may have to use a little bit more than a teaspoon, because of it's weight. I am on a real low carb diet, so should be great for making almond and coconut flour, thicker when baking. Would I buy again? Sure!
