In my very humble personal opinion this model (W-72C) is the only one worth buying if you want a Waterpik. It is not a toy or decorator piece as it really works and works well. I have been using a Waterpik dental appliance for forty (40) years and there is no beating this by anything else on the market. It is surprisingly strong and quiet. It lasts for years. It comes with the accessories you really need. One can use any type of mouthwash or home-made solution to clean teeth in between and along the gum line. I usually pre-rinse with Listerine (has lots of alcohol) to loosen food particles then I mix one (1) tablespoon of ordinary salt (or baking soda) with a liter of warm water and blast away at the food particles trapped between my teeth. Then I brush using Arm & Hammer Toothpaste. The W-62 or the W-72 models are the only ones I buy.Read full review

I've used the product only a couple of times. It takes some getting used to ... some "training". By that I mean, as a user of this product, you gotta become accustomed to the different tips (or nozzles) and their different uses. But, long story short, the hygienist in my dentist's office suggested that I get one, so I did. It certainly makes my mouth feel clean. An interesting product, to be sure.

When you turn the water pick on, it starts spraying water, you have to hold down the on/off button to make it stop. Seems as though this should be reversed. Press down the button when you want the water to spray.

Not as good as my WP-100W water flosser as far as the handle mount location is concerned. Also, the handle design is somewhat ackward, while the on off control is in a good location. Anyways, it'll be good enough as a backup/spare water flosser when and if my WP-100W water flosser malfunctions. Finally, I like the fact that it does not have a cover on the water reservoir while the tip mounts are placed in a good location.

The Waterpik is the best dental maintenance when combined with a Sonicare toothbrush. My hygienist gives me 9.5 or better at my regular checkups. If you want to improve your oral health you can't beat it.
