I don't think the description of the product was very accurate or descriptive enough. I thought I was buying a product with certain characteristics that when received were not true. With some difficulty I contacted the company and they said "oh, you need x product for that" which was significantly more expensive. I said I wanted a refund or possibly would exchange for the right product. I was told they would send instructions on how to do so. Still waiting
