Find it to work as advertised. The only thing that kept if from 5 stars is I wish it was more powerful, I used a different model at a friends house and it provided a deeper message. For most people this one is probably good enough.

I need to send this back. It heats up way too fast, it doesn’t vibrate like it should, it will break any minute. I’ve had 15 of these over the years and this is the worst one I’ve ever turned on. Does not massage at all
