The CLA 1000 product from evolution attrition is the best that I have used thus far (this is the third I have tried in the last ten years). 1. Labeling is clear and has absolutely no BS. 2. You can feel it working because after your workouts you were not nearly as stiff and sore as you were without the product. I have not dropped any weight, yet. I have seen more muscle definition in my arms legs in upper back. Bottom line is I would recommend this product anyone that is looking to lean out.
