Any time any of our 5 children get stomach distress from eating too much of that favorite Yummie,, or when ever they pick up a cold or flue from some place, we give them either a GastroPH or a healthy trinity. It was hot when I received it. It’s supposed to be refrigerated. As much as I paid for them there should have been iced long lasting refrigerated packs. There was a hot bottle of Chrystal springs water in it. A frozen bottle of water will only last a few hrs.
