One of the best vitamin C's because it's unprocessed. Adds flavor and nutrition to a smoothy. Much better than any of the pills because in unprocessed form it absorbs a lot better. Note the US RDA for C is way too low, you can safely take about 15 times that amount. But if you take a lot of tablets it goes right through you, this powder form does not.
