I am still taking it because when I read about it I understood that there might be side effects and I started with one pill 3 times a day. The first pill made me very nauseated but after the first 3 days I took 2 pills 3 times a day. Combined with a strict diet I lost 1 kg ( 2.2 lbs ) in one week . I will be finishing them by Friday and I am curious to see what happens after I stop taking them but continue with the diet, I answered NO if it is of a good value because they are pricey for the no, of days you use them.

I was taken in by the onslaught of tv ads concerning this product. If you want my opinion, Lipozene is nothing more than a harmless placebo,,,,hopefully it's harmless. I followed the manufacturers instructions to the letter. My weight loss was excactly zero. Be smart, save your money for a product which actually delivers what it promises.

SAVE your time and money!!! It may work for some people, but check out the reviews; google it. I went to my doctor and she stated that Lipozene does not reduce body fat (read disclosure on bottle/website, too). All Lipozene really does is get rid of excess water! After that 'iniitial' drop in weight, you're in limbo. My doctor finally gave me a controlled Rx to help control my appetite. I've started walking and cut out a lot of sugar from my diet (still like 1 cup of coffee in the day). I sleep better, feel better and I'm setting REALISTIC goals. Not a get slim quick scheme! Just remember: Lipozene and all other diets work best with not so much as dieting, but with watching what and how much you eat. Do that along with exercise and you'll make your goal! Walking is the best and easiest way to lose weight. Not running or a marathon. Start slow with 10-15 minutes after dinner or after lunch. That's it. Consistency IS key. Watch what you're eating and how much. Walk some and add in a little aerobics or pilates/stretching later on if you're able to. Don't forget, we're ALL shaped differently and have different chemical/genetic genes. Some people will naturally drop weight off more quickly than others. Just depends on their metabolism rate and their chemical make up. To help increase your metabolism, try walking, aerobics, yoga, pilates. They're easy to do, don't cost a thing, can be done in the privacy of your own home and you set your pace. Do that and watch what you eat. If you need help, see your doctor, a real professional. Let them help you. Talk to your doctor and choose a diet/plan that's best for YOU and your body. NOT someone on TV making money/paying people to boost their product and taking advantage of people who are desperate. Most Rx's from your doctor will be available in generic form and will be affordable. Your doctor isn't going to give you something with bad side affects. They know what works and what doesn't. I've gained weight with this product. It hasn't done anything except upset my digestive system and gave me severe case of the poops. :( I exercised 30 minutes 5-6 days a week but still nothing. The product states you don't have to change your lifestyle but I still gained weight. I read the comments and reviews on the product but you never know unless you experience it for yourself. I definitely will not waste anymore money on this product and the fact that one bottle only last 2 weeks another negative factor. If anyone can recommend a weight loss idea that's not expensive and really works please let me know.
