Love this item it works exactly the way it is described i love that it tells u where to clean when ur done and how many uses it has b4 u have to change rhe head. It's by far the best toothbrush on the market. I love the fact that it's Grey the 5100 I had was black but I love the grey.. It feels luxurious and the tooth brush carrier is soft and plush.. I am loving this product and I highly recommend it.. Also comes with 2.6 years of warranty when u sign up for the toothbrush to connect to ur phone..

I got this one to replace the old one I had. The old one lasted almost six years before it finally gave up. The actuater still worked but the mechanism that drove the brush failed. Six years for a product these days is pretty good lifetime. This new one has more features, but I really don't need all the bells and whistles.

The package arrived without any information as to its model number, use, warranty, etc. I assume that it must have been a returned item that was repackaged. I assume, therefore, that no warranty applies should something go wrong. The item itself was in fine shape. I had to diddle a bit with the charger and stand, as there were no instructions to guide me, but that only took a few minutes. The item is easy to use, recharges quickly, and seems to do a good job at cleaning. It has what seems to be a quicker vibration than my old electric toothbrush, as it sounds and feels different. I can't comment on durability as I have not yet had it very long.
