Nicotinamide riboside does help you kick some lead out of your butt. You have to be over 50 to understand. It's as if gravity is greater near couches. Anyway, it will raise your energy level in a slow, appealing way, as opposed to vitamin B-12 which has a kick. If more of us boomers buy it, maybe this substance will go down in price. Barbara
