This was a much cheaper option than buying a $300 new part to put in my 8 year old washer. At that cost, I may as well have just bought a bale and new washer entirely. Being refurbished, I was able to repair my washer much cheaper and the install was very simple, saving a $90 service fee for a repairman to come do it for me.
