The package arrived all wrinkly. The box where you store all the pieces was broken and the "Wahl" branding in the clipper was a little faded. There were like fingertips and traces that indicates this product was used. Unacceptable!!! The clipper seems to work properly, but i paid for a new clipper!!!!

This product is very easy to use, comes with different blades of varying hair lengths. Cuts very well. Happy with the product. I wish it also came with rechargeable battery, though the power cord is long enough and was not a big impediment in using the clipper.
