There's a reason why dentists recommend this brand - it really does the job well and keeping your teeth clean and healthy. I find it's so much easier to brush with this unit than with a manual toothbrush and that being said, I brush more often. I have used a sonicare for about 20 yrs. The last one was the larger wider model. I thought I would try a newer model after reading reviews. I am really impressed with the DiamondClean. It far surpasses the older models in all ways. I love having 5 choices of brushing, from sensitive to deep clean or gum clean. My mouth and gums feel so much cleaner and i had a few tender areas and within one week they were gone completely. I love the feel of the brush, being thin and also that the charge lasts a full 3 weeks. That glass charger is a neat addition also. Highly recommend.

Best electric toothbrush on the market. I love the wireless charging. You don't think you need it, until you actually use it. Then your like "Wow". Great experience. I actually use 3 out of the 5 modes. At night I use the Sensitive setting because it's the quietest. I use Clean in the morning. If I skip a before-bed brushing, in the morning I use Deep Clean to make up for it. I am going to try to start using the Whitening setting in the near future. Gum Care I don't use, as I'm not sure what it's used for, and I think if I did know I still wouldn't use it. Comes with a few brush heads. I use the Adaptive Clean as it's a daily-driver-Clean-everything kind of head. The travel case I have yet to use, but it is sturdy and built well. I'd give this brush a solid 10/10. Buy it. All the years of motion caused the the "pin" that attaches the toothbrush to become loose making it ineffective. This is my third Philips electric toothbrush that I have ordered. My first was not the diamond clean, but it lasted 8 years. So that would be wonderful if my new one lasts that long
