Looks and runs like new. Love all the well thought out features -- the motor (and therefore weight) is in the handle so it's easier on your arm. The air intake is on the handle too, so your hair won't get sucked into the back of the dryer. It has several speeds and heat levels so I can fine tune my process, and it dries my hair quickly and frizz-free. I love buying refurbished products to support waste mitigation, too!

I knew that the price was really up there, so I was expecting something far superior to my Ionic BabyBliss hair dryer that I have had for a few years. The design is sleek and it is surprisingly quiet, but it doesn't cut your drying time that much, if at all, to warrant twice the price of a good hair dryer. I love all the Dyson products I own, just don't think this one is that special.
