Good ideas for Keto, Needs to be more User Friendly
There was some great detail about the Keto diet, why and how it works. Good menu plans and recipes. However, this kindle book is not set up to be user friendly. For instance, everytime I leave the book then try to come back to it, I have to start over at page 1. And I cannot go from the menu to any particlar section without having to go through the whole book. A real waste of time for me. I should have bought the hard copy.
