performed flawlessly. It has a sturdy frame and seems well built. Using USB CNC to drive the machine. All 3 threaded rods were covered with wooden splinters from the packaging and had to be cleaned with a toothbrush and paint thinner. Once I'd removed all the grease I noticed numerous metal shavings embedded in the threads, and some sharp burrs. Had to pick out the shavings, and use 600 grit sandpaper to remove burrs. This required removing the spindle carriage to access the rod for the Z axis. The included instructions offered few clues to get the machine setup. It took much research online, measuring, and guesswork, accomplished mostly by my son, but the machine is finally ready for work. Despite all the difficulties getting this going, I believe the machine I got for the price I paid was a good deal.Read full review

Your g code will not run correctly with software the machine comes with. There is talk of mach3 but no such came with my machine. Once you become familiar with USB CNC CONTROL software the machine comes with and figure out you need to purchase license. You also get informed you card is Chinese clone and no longer supported once you make contact for license. Not only do they want you to licenses but buy there card. It would not be bad if I had owned the machine for a while and got some use. As is out of the box worthless.

Could use a better owners manual but other than that it had worked flawlessly for a month, even did some 3D carving with it.

Works amazingly. The Mach3 Software that came with it wasn't very useful. Had errors. But I downloaded a pirated version and my first cnc project was a success
