Sometimes it doesn't connect to Bluetooth but I've had this speaker brand new before and it worked perfect. But this one is refurbrished, I've had refurbrished iPhones before and they worked perfectly fine. but this isn't so much of a bad review I'm happy with it it works so I'm going to continue using this product!

I love the sound. I have been at different functions with this wireless JBL speaker and had to have one. I was happy to get it for such a great price. The only reason I am giving it 3 is because I haven't tried it in water and I think in order to rate the maximum I would have had to test it to its limit. But I love the product.

I bought the JBL Charge 3 for my sister as a present. The speaker is very well built and has amazing sound quality! It is not too big nor too small, just a perfect size. Although I did not buy it brand new, the one that I bought was very well in conditions. I am looking forward to enjoying more out of this speaker moving forward.
