This was a great book on how to get into video production and what to do to create video shots, as a producer. However, I was kind of expecting more on how to really create video (with pictures and/or explanations about video production and software, etc. That's not what this book is about, at all. Even the author's video course (website) URL in the book was no longer any good, so I assume they no longer do the actual video production training. Yes, there's a lot good info about video production and software tutorials on YouTube, but nothing I've found actually takes you through the entire process without attending college. If it exists, I haven't found it yet. You would think, with all the video needed today for TV, pads, and cell phones, that there would be an online course for end-to-end video production, but I haven't found that either. Hmmmmm Maybe that's a new business idea for me. :-)Read full review
