Love this product. When properly pumped bounces back forcing you to cover or slip. The rubber cords can be extended by adding a cord and the bag will bounce slower and irregular which better simulates the fight. Make sure you pump it with a ball pump having a needle on the end. Unfortunately pump is not included.
