I will NOT recommend this cooler to no one it has no holding tank at all so what ever comes out from the 5 galons bottle for cold water a cup at a time and for hot also a cup at a time you need to wait a wile to get another cup of cold or hot water i was really disappointed for the price not worth it.

It's ok.... The cold water tank only seems to be about 25 ounces or so and I thought it would make more ice than it does but it works and does what it says. Only had it running for about a week so I can't speak about reliability.
