The clarity is awesome. The headset fits great. The swivel mouth piece is great. It is hands free. The headsets fits perfect over the head on the ears.
I am on Microsoft Lync for work, where all my calls are done through. I purchased this headset believing it was going to be great quality and included noise canceling. The quality is terrible and I often get complaints from other people on the calls. Plug in my old headset and I receive zero complaints. Buying this product was a was of money.
