When I mounted my flat screen on a wall bracket that swivels and tilts I needed to move the plug in higher on the wall to keep the wire from having to run down under the TV in plain sight. So once the plug was installed I used this surge protector to plug the TV in. It works great and is concealed behind the flat screen. It saves on the electric bill and I never even think about it. Perfect for my needs.

Plugs are on the side. Not good for electrical on the floor near a wall. They look good, and light up when plugged in. Very good surge of 1730 which is better then most. Good for wall plugs because the wires run side ways. Has four in-puts only. Hard to plug in side ways. Not recommended if you have keep plugging it in and out. or work shop unless it stays plugged in all the time. It depends what you want it for.
