This KB requires you to login the the Corsair website to get the driver, etc. which it calls CUE. I downloaded and installed the BETA version; it caused me a lot of aggravation. I had to delete it and go back to Corsair and download the previous version; the keyboard seems to be working as it should now. Another thing that you should know is that there are two USB cords/connections. One is marked with a representation of a keyboard, and the other connection is marked with a symbol for "pass through" to the USB port on the keyboard. Finally, there is no real documentation, just a basic set of instructions. You have to download the manual along with the installation software from the Corsair. I have had good luck with Corsair products -- psu, headset, etc. Corsair makes a good product, but they are a little weak in the logistics of getting the keyboard to run as it should.Read full review
