Right out of the box this machine is quality built and ready to brew excellent espresso and cappuccino drinks! I considered several other models/makes but the Delonghi is higher rated and understandably correct..I am new to the espresso game so this was excellent way of learning and enjoying..a love of coffee just makes it more exciting every day! I am glad I did not opt for a manual/or even super automatic...this one does it really well.

It is a excellent Cappuccino maker. I have used it a dozen times already and each time it was just like the store beverage with that great taste and look you would expect from Star Bucks. I will enjoy it for years to come. The only problem I have had was when I recieved it , it was missing the small plastic tube that was missing from the milk Frother. I ordered one from the manufacture and had it it in a couple of days. But I wouldn't complain for the price I paid for it. I am totally happy with the purchase.

This machine has been a champion since purchased. It works very well and the coffee is great! I have no idea why people say the coffee isn't hot enough. There is a way to make the coffee very hot, you just need to program it. My wife owned 3 coffee shops in Thailand. She had $1500+ machines and said that this one is just as good (just not as fast to keep up with a shop with a lot of customers, but excellent for home.)
