There are three levels of workout (Jillian for 20 minutes/Kim for 10 minutes/Bob for 10 minutes), Jillian takes the time to explain the moves, which is helpful to me. Once I understood the moves, I learned to just carry on over her instructions, so I don't waste time waiting for her to explain the moves every time. Power Sculpt consists of strength moves with a little bit of cardio while Cardio Max is cardio with a little bit of strength moves.

I have 3 Biggest Loser workout DVDs, and interchange them as recommended. I like Power Sculpt for the most part. I don't like Jillian's attitude however; I don't like how she talks to the participants, very patronizing and just plain MEAN sometimes! Also her directions are kind of unclear- she refers to some yoga move, which I didn't really know and it's not shown closeup so not even 100% sure I'm doing it right. I really like Bob better! Personal preference. But again, the workout is great. I've been with the Biggest Loser program for a couple of months and have seen great results, lost 10% of my own weight in that time, and people notice so I guess it's working!
Great workout! It is perfect with Biggest Loser Cardio. You can mix and match your workouts and customize it for your time frame as well as what areas you want to work. I am always looking for a challenging workout and both DVDs were challenging and fun. I also liked watching the Biggest Loser contestants workout vs a room full of "perfect" people with perfect bodies. These people were normal and human and made me feel like I could accomplish a goal just like they did.
I bought both the Sculpt and Cardio dvd's. I love them, it's been great to work into my regular routine. I rated it an average though because it won't play on any of my DVD players, "bad disc" pops up. A few times I get it to the menu but then it freezes. I have three players that won't play it. I have resorted to using my laptop, and have also used my portable 7" dvd player. Not sure what the deal is, but it's frustrating and that is why I rated it average. Wondering if the disc is a copy. Hmmmm...... I purchased both my videos from the same seller.
I had been walking my dog for quite a while, but it was time to add some strength moves to my regimen. Powersculpt was the perfect DVD for my collection. At first it was challenging, but after consistent use, I became stronger and began progressing through the dvd. Not only have I lost inches off of my body, but I have also become stronger which is an awesome feeling to have! Very good choice for those wanting to add a little something extra to their daily routines!
