Good product but expensive
I, like many others, did not know that "starter" equates to "discard after 24 hours" when I purchased it. If I had known, I would have used the $17.99 I spent on the starter SNS to put towards the permanentSNS, which I ultimately had to buy. As for quality, this product is good, for the time it is promised to work. I bought one three years ago to use with my first son, but he would not latch with the tube at the same time, so I passed it on to a friend of mine. I decided to give it a try again with my new baby and he latched just fine with the tube at the same time. He perked right up when he realized he was getting more at the breast. He tried using it as a straw a few times but I just had to relatch him. After using it for a few nursing sessions, he was much more enthusiastic about latching and pulled harder even when I didn't have the SNS set up for him. It definitely helps if you are not able to afford a permanent one or aren't sure if you want to invest in one. I agree with some users who found the clip to be frustrating because it doesn't stay attached all the time. The mechanism takes a little getting used to but is worth the work if improving or beginning a breastfeeding relationship is important to you.Read full review

Pretty good
You definitely need tape to use this product. It only comes with a tiny strip. It also works better on a necklace which is also not included. It took us about 2wks to finally be able to successfully use this. I'm not sure why it's only supposed to be used for only one day. You'd think they would lower the price a little more. Overall good tho, it got my baby back to breast which is what it claims to do. She just gets angry easily because the straw/tube slips out all the time.

Not worth it
It didn't help my situation at all. And with a fussy baby you have to have 6 hands to try it out. I wouldn't purchase again. Ohh and its suppose to be for 24 hr one time use only....
