This toilet's flush power is very good. We replaced the seat that it comes with, which is ok quality, with a Toto bidet one - so those fit. No problems installing it. This toilet is not suitable for installations where the space on either side is not large enough for the installer to lay down on the floor on their side and reach into the back side opening. RECOMMENDATIONS - This toilet is heavy and obviously requires that the installer has accessibility to the mounting screws from the back-side opening. If you are thin like me (I am 6 feet tall and 185 lbs), you will need at least 10 to 12 inches of open space on either side to be able to access the back-side to tighten the hold-down nuts. You will likely need more space than that if the installer happens to be of larger proportions. The toilet fits to drain pipe that is at least 12 inches from the back-side wall (standard). I would strongly recommend adding and tightening a nut on each hold-down bolt (the two on the drain pipe) to keep the bolts from moving during the install. Before installing the toilet with the wax ring in-place, do a practice placement to make sure the backside of the toilet (with ceramic lid on) aligns nicely with the back wall. Once you do this check, mount the wax ring per instructions and then use two piece of 7/8" or so thickness of wood on both sides of the drain and sit the toilet on the wood and align the toilet over the drain and mounting bolts. Lift one side of the toilet and verify proper alignment, then remove the wood pieces one at a time. Throw out the plastic wrench provided for tightening the nuts on the hold-down bolts - use a ratchet wrench to tighten them - do not over tighten.Read full review

I bought 2 of these toilets about 3 years ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. Since it's off-brand, I was a bit concerned about the quality, potential leaks, etc. Nothing to be worried about. They were just as well today as they did when I bought them, and they look amazing for less than half the price of a similar name brand toilet. The only complaint is that the buttons occasionally "stick" a bit when you push to flush. But you can push the other button and both will pop right back up again. Flushes great, and I love the option for a smaller or larger flush depending on the business that you conduct. :)

I recently designed and built an ultramodern high-end looking apartment and I needed a modern looking toilet to fit in with the overall design. Unfortunately I have had to do all this on a very low-end budget however and as such I could not afford to spend $500 to $1000 on a toilet. Luckily Woodbridge Bath was offering this really nice modern one piece skirted toilet at a very reasonable price and I have to say I could not be happier with my purchase. Also, modern looks aside, I have personally just always hated conventional non-skirted toilets, mainly because its so difficult and unpleasant to clean all the disgusting bacteria ridden dirt out of all those nooks and crannies in the base. Fully skirted toilets are a breeze to keep clean however and are really the only way to go in my opinion. I also like the fill and flush valves that come with these dual flush units much more than the old flapper type. And they seem to be quieter and more reliable than the old type as well (you will never again have to jiggle the handle to quiet the toilet). Actually the Japanese have been using this type pretty much exclusively for over 40 years now and I’m not quite sure why these never really caught on here in the states. Perhaps we have just become too accustomed to flushing with a handle rather than a button in the middle of the tank lid. Anyway, although I’m very happy with this toilet, I should probably point out that installing it can be extremely frustrating, particularly if you have to do by yourself as I did. The problem is that it’s virtually impossible to line the flange bolts up with the holes while attempting to lower the toilet into place since you cannot see them at all. This, by the way, is probably why virtually all other skirted toilets made these days are made to be used with an included plastic trap adapter. Once this adapter is installed onto the toilet flange the toilet is very easy to install on top of it and can also be easily removed and reinstalled at any time without having to remove or replace the wax ring. Anyway after a lot of cursing I finally figured out an easy way to install this thing. I just placed it on top of some stacked 1 x 4’s under both the front and rear so that it was elevated just slightly above the height of the flange bolts. Then once I got the holes positioned directly over the flange bolts (you still have to feel where they are with your fingers) I simply removed one of the front boards and carefully lowered the front end of the toilet while making sure the bolts went into the holes. After that you just alternate removing boards from the front and rear until the unit is flat on the floor. Of course even after this is done you still have to be somewhat of a contortionist to get the nuts threaded onto the bolts and then tighten them up. And unfortunately I did not receive the pictured hand wrench that is supposed to come with it and which would have made this part of the job much easier. I really should have made sure this was included when I picked it up. Despite the troublesome installation however I still feel that this toilet and the seller merits a 5-star rating.Read full review
