This is strong ginseng but is not pleasant to drink. I would not say it's for an American pallet. It has no alchochol which is what I liked in other ginseng like the ones from Sprouts. You could give this one to a dog as it may help with cancer as some studies say. The dogs don't respond well to alchochol. This is strongly diluted ginseng how ether and it helps it helped me sometimes but overall had little effect.
