These headphones are good, but If you have big ears then the ear pads may not fit very well around your ears, but rather sit on top of them. Luckily for me I have small ears! Also, there is no external volume control, you have to do it on your computer. The headband is comfortable enough, but sometimes I feel like the ear pads hug my head a bit too tight and it gives me a headache so I have to adjust them around my ears constantly. Other than those few things these are very nice headphones! The mute button on the microphone is very handy.

The only faults I can find with this headset is that the low end drivers (bass speaker) end up failing if you use the bass boost at anywhere over 15% along with the EQ in the Razer Synapse software, they are uncomfortable if you have big ears or wear glasses and doubly so if you have big ears AND wear glasses like I do and the cable tends to flex and break where it goes into the earpiece. Again, as for the bass, it's awesome and you'll want to bump up the boost in the Razer software and turn up the bass in the Synapse software but don't do it!!! They don't last long enough as I have been through three sets of these in just over two years (two suffered driver failure and the third had the cable failure). I would still rather use these than the new Kraken Chroma 7.1 V2's!

Can't beat this headset at $28.00 (used), being that they are $99.99 New. Work and sound just the same as a brand new pair. I had a brand new set years ago, and like any headset can take awhile before you break the ear cushions in to form and soften around your ears and can be uncomfortable, and these being used, were already broke in and nice and comfy on my ears and head! :) AMAZING 7.1 SURROUND SOUND!
