I was surprised at how thin the package was when it came and the set-up was very easy and fast. Once set up, it's pretty sturdy. I really like that they use metal instead of plastic. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because when you put the files into the box and try to close it, the lid actually ends up resting on the folder tabs, which makes it unstable and if you try to stack anything on top, it's not level and you will bend the tabs inside. If they would make the front and back panels a bit taller so that the top could rest on them, it would be great! Nonetheless, it's a good deal for the price.

The box on the side opens all the time and is not rigid enough to provide good use. I had to glue velcro on the sides to strengthen and not make the box open all the time.Beautiful box for decoration and functional. But we saw that it was created without thinking and badly elaborated.

At first I had doubts but once I assembled the box, placed my hanging files inside I found it very sturdy even though its not metal. It is great for people who have small living space. The box itself looks nice and doesn't stand out to much if you can't hid it. However one downfall is that if you have kids, keep it out of their hands. It doesn't lock and if you put to much pressure on it, it will come apart. There are snap on buttons that keep it in place. Overall it is really a great filing box.

The box is really nice. I thought it was the size of a "regular" file box but it's not. The description should state as such. I would not mind paying more for the box if it was the size of a normal letter size box.
