Lost my first one. It has solid locking implements. Sharp scissors (the parent company is Fiskars, maker of the ubiquitous orange handled scissors), knife is ok. I’ve never tried the saw tooth blade, but it mustn’t cut much from its size. My problem before was the nylon case. A thread came loose on the front of the case in less than a week. Will see if this one holds up.

The Gerber suspension is a high quality tool. Its a little small which makes it easier to carry. IT is still big enough for most jobs. The locking mechanism is very nice. As is true for all other Gerber tools I know of, the sheath is a bit flimsier than all the other competitors. Otherwise it is one of the best multitools you can get especially for the price! They made a newer model with a built-in belt or pocket clip but that clip will not keep it on your belt long-it will fall off. Overall, you cannot beat this tool. As a bonus it looks great and feels good in the hand and has thicker metal than say the Leatherman.

good price, good tool, good delivery time. like the cut-out in the handle, makes the tool lighter while maintaining it's rigidity.
