UPDATE: I just noticed that the game title linked to this review is for a completely different game than the one I purchased. However, I actually own this 4 in 1 Funpak game as well, so here is my mini review: This is part 1 of 2 Funpak games. It contains 4 board games: Checkers, Chess, Backgammon, and Reversi (AKA Othello). The games work as well as you would expect. Nothing very exciting on the cart, but serviceable games nonetheless. A nice addition to your collection, but far from a "must have". ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR THE GAME I PURCHASED & WAS ASKED TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR: "Solid Sachen Fun!" Right off the bat, be aware that these unlicenced Sachen Gameboy games only work on the original GB handheld. The two that I have (vol. 4 & 9) do not work on the GBC or GBA systems. As for the games themselves, this is a review of the Sachen Super 4in1 volume 4 (4B-004). The four games on this mulit-cart are: Pile Wonder, Snake Roy, Puppet Knight, and Suleiman's Treasure. The first thing you will notice when you turn on the game is that it shows the "Commin" name. Apparently, Thin Chen used this name prior to using "Sachen". The menu is strange, in that a mouse cursor appears and can be moved in 8 directions to select whichever game you want. It seems strange that they provided us with a full-control cursor, rather than just toggling between the four games. Anyways... the games: Pile Wonder is a Boxxle clone. Snake Roy is a Snake Byte clone - those of you that played games on the Apple IIe will remember it fondly! Puppet Knight is a Bomberman clone. Suleiman's Treasure is an Oil's Well clone. The controls in all four games are fine, and each game is a lot of fun. If you still have your original Gameboy system, bust it out and purchase a copy of this!Read full review
