I am very impressed at the quality of these knives. Sure there are knives out there that may cost upwards of $2000 for a set this size. In comparison, these knives are built well, stay sharp and are easy to handle. The only con to this item is that the finish on the block itself started chipping in a very short period of time. Otherwise I would purchase these again.
