The Nokia Lumia 635 is a good Windows phone with a long battery life and everything actually works. With a SIM card you have plenty of space to store lots of photos and videos. The only problem with windows phones is the app store - not everything you find on the play or apple stores is there, but a lot of things are. You should check first.
