I have used this yoga routine on the DVD I ordered from you for 10-15 years, beginning with when it was on VHS. Although it says "for beginners," it is a perfect all-round back booster for me. The CD appears to be no longer available new. It contains an error in the narrative: "press into the chair with the left elbow" when it should be "right" elbow, and perhaps that is why it was never remade. I recognize it as an error every time I watch or listen to it, but it makes no difference in how I follow Rodney Yee to the end. I was delighted to find an unused copy for sale on E-Bay and recommend this short routine for anyone wishing either to remediate or prevent back pain.

This is a very good DVD for anyone with back problems. The movements are gentle and easy. The workout is about 20 minutes long, but it goes by quickly. He transitions from one pose to the next so smoothly that, before you know it, you are doing the guided relaxation at the end. Even after doing this workout a few times, I can see some improvement. My balance is a bit better and I am starting to feel a little stronger in my back. I'm sure that with continued use, I will see more improvement in time. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who has back problems. It's easy and fun to do!
Even though it is hard to get to Title 2 on the DVD, it is worth the trouble, because this is a wonderful, gentle yoga workout.

Pretty easy...well done workout. Definately a good routine for your back. Only thing that bugs me if the long diatribe at the beginnging by the teacher.. Now I forward through that. I would recommend it for beginners for sure. I am very much a beginner and I only had problems with one pose.
I'd never done yoga before but have had back pain for years, so I decided to give it a try. I've tried lots of others things, but nothing seemed to help. I've been doing this routine in combination with regular aerobic workouts and have had no back pain for almost a year. After doing the routine 3X per week, I'm starting to get a little bored so I am looking for something a little more challenging now. In any event, I highly recommend this DVD as it is a great workout for beginners like me!
