An exceptional wine, ruined by heat during storage or transit.
I have had this wine before and it is exceptional. However this case was badly “cooked” having been exposed to high heat, either in storage or likely in transit. A good reminder to never have wine shipped in the summer. I’m fairly certain this was not relabeled since the characteristic deep plum color would be difficult to find in a cheap wine.

Outstanding wine. The 2015 is one of my favorite wines ever. Better than wines at 3 times the price. I like big cabs.. Bought 2 cases already and just ordered a case of the 2016 which I am told is just as big. Also tried Quest by Austin Hope. A little lighter as it is a blend but pretty good. Prefer the cab
