This is one of Tamiya's better curbside kits. The Fit is excellent and the scale is very accurate. However, one issue with this kit is the need to do significant masking to properly paint the black-out areas as they appear on the real car. If you are willing to spend the time to do the masking work this kit is a real winner. Otherwise, you will need to settle for an inaccuracy in the build up of the car.

This curbside kit fits together quite well, with some parts being snap-fit. However, the interior detail, specifically the door panels and window trim, is a bit soft and lacking for a Tamiya kit. The small parts count does make a good glue kit for those starting to get (back) into model car building.

Love building this model, very simple starter kit , no complicated parts, use Tamiya spray paint for body and buff to a shine.

I really liked the fact that the color of the plastic was just like what the box showed. I had very little painting to do.
