Good Textbook for Chemical Reaction Engineering
It does a good job introducing mole balances and reaction rates for various reactors. The example problems and tables/figures are really helpful. The CD has extra material as well. Beware however, this book is ridden with typos here and there in the end of chapter problems. For example, the solution they ask for you to find in a certain problem may be an exponent or variable off compared to the same problem in your classmates'/professor's textbook.

This is the same book they sell in europe, just that the prize is alot lower. There is no reason to make students pay the triple when you can buy the book this cheap :) would recomend.

I love this book. The book is almost brand new, and there is nothing to complain about. I first decide to buy it since there is a requirement in the class. Someone already got copies from other websites already, but I decide to go with this cheaper one, which turned out to be exactly the same as those more expensive copies. Also this book itself is the most famous and widely used book for the related topic. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
