I needed this book for my history class, and after reading four chapters, I'll say I like the way the information is laid out in the book. It's detailed and concise without being too lengthy, and the paperback edition makes it really easy to carry around. The follow up questions at the bottom of the pages are thought provoking and not simply 'find the fact in the text and copy' which helps a lot to study. All the pictures the text refers to is also on the same page, so there's no annoying flipping required to understand the point.
Difficult words, could strike more of an interest with a different approach. The sentence structure can be confusing at times as well as the questions that are provided.
