I paid 620 dollars for my first card a year ago,(they sell for half of that now) and loved it, dead quiet, subtle, powerful, big, and with red accents. I realized how much it actually was a few months later, and at that time I wasn't even overclocking it, and I thought to myself "I should have bought two 970's for a little more money, or a sc or something like that, but as I had it, I realized that it's the classified experience, when you load up precision x16 and it says gtx 980 CLASSIFIED, you get the biggest e peen ever. But that's aside from the point, it's a spectacular card, just not at 620 dollars, at 3-400 dollars, yes, it's good. A show of how I feel about this card, is that I just ordered another, the price was much lower, but I ordered another. I can't wait for it's arrival and I would tell anyone that this is the best aftermarket design for any 980 on the market, sure gigabyte has a triple fan card, but that makes it longer, and I had a bad experience with gigabyte, and the k|ngp|n from evga is higher tier yes, but unless you're using liquid nitrogen, there's no reason to have it. the k|ngp|n has an extra power connector to take up more space in your rig, the cooler is an ugly grey that doesn't match anything, and the elephant in the room, it's much more than my humble classified. So at the end of it all, buy one, you won't regret it.Read full review

The GTX980 Classified is a very potent card at a decent price point when compared to the GTX980Ti.
