These are supposed to be refurbished cases. There is absolutely no way to tell them from brand new. It can't get any better for the price. Fabulous...

The tabs for the buttons on the case do not reach those on the phone. Nearly impossible to change the volume or hit the power button or take screen shots. Am I supposed to take the phone in and out the case because it's not easy. There's also no tab for the bixby/Samsung button under the volume. Nice case though...
