My first SACD & it was done correctly.The CD has a slight forward sound in 2 channel and the soundstage on the Martins was Detailed,Clear & Clean enveloping,& a chilling almost haunting effect of War in Brothers in Arms & other sound tracks in 6.1.The Bass was punchy not muddy or booming,an excellent example of the SACD format experience.All alternative music such as DTS,DVD Audio,Blu Ray Audio to name a few should be recorded in this Multi-channel manner.If there is another Format War,SACD may be the one that stays(although the others are great formats and well).Don't miss out on this one.
