This phone is easy to use and has a flat configuration so its eay to fit in your pocket. The cover has a touch sensor for music. This is a great phone for someone who doesnt want to deal with the 3g and 4g networks. Easy to recieve text and picture messages..Also very good clarity in calls. All in all this phone isa good investment.
i had my phone for 1.5 years. after i broke the hinge accidentally dropping it, i looked at other phones, but came back to the same one. an 8G memory card gives me a large library of songs. fm transmitter means i can listen in the car on the way to work with no wires. very good battery life. if i can avoid dropping this one, i expect it will last me several more years.
The phone itself looked brand new. It had several bugs though. It dropped calls constantly, and had serious trouble sending texts. About every other call I made, I could hear the person I called but they couldn't hear me. I would have to hang up and call them again. Was trying to save money because my contract wasn't up, but just ended up wasting $65. Had to go into Alltel and buy a new phone after fighting with this one for about two weeks.
Exceeded what I was looking for in a replacement Alltel phone, love the functions and ease of use. No more two years contracts for me if good products like the AX565 can be found on-line.
I purchased this phone for my brother-in-law because I broke his loaner phone, and it worked perfectly! Better than the phone he had and cheaper! Fancy! Thanks!
