This phone replaced my Pantech Laser that gave out, my original phones battery would last for up to 3 days before needing a charge, this phones battery will not last 3 hours, very dissapointed. I have even purchased another "new" battery and it's the issue. After about 15-20 texts it's down to one bar and needs a charge. I like the keypad, the camers is good and I like that it's slim and small. The zoom is not very good, whenI receive photos from someone with an i phone sometimes it won't open that format.

Not a bad phone. I purchased this phone for the qwerty keypad. The phone is light and feels fragile when I slide open the keypad. The touch screen is less than was to be desired. Great phone for texting. Returned only because it was not really the phone I wanted. Pantech has potential to be competitive with Samsung in the future. The store I purchased this from, I highly recommend. Fast service and reasonable.
i had a phone that was broke, the phone workes great its really easy to use ,texting is good ,easy to read,i would buy this phone again it was a great value for the money,it has all the features that you need
The Pantech Laser is very easy to use . It does not require a data plan from AT&T, which is what I was looking for.All its features are easy to find .All I had to do was switch my sims card and iI was ready to takk. If you use the internet it uses up batter very quick.
Decent looking phone - however, due to its "thin-ness", it gets water damaged very easily. I had this phone for about a month and its screen kept freezing. I took it in to AT&T and the rep told me that it had water-damage. I asked how since I am very careful about keeping my phone away from water. I was told that because it it so thin, you aren't supposed to take it in a room with humidity (like bathroom) or keep it in your pants pocket due to the heat from your body. I thought this was kind of weird due to the fact that most people carry their cellphones in their pockets. Luckily, I had insurance on the phone and was able to replace it. However, I had to replace it with the same thing. And yes, again it has issues with water damage. Now, I'm patiently waiting for my upgrade date so I can change over to a totally different phone.Read full review
