I have a little second hand store and was using a Droid X until someone stole it. The Droid Ultra turned out to be the silver lining in this bad situation. My Verizon contract had expired and I was offered this model at virtually no charge with a new 2 year contract. The Ultra was faster, easier to use, and the battery last much much longer. My pictures for posting auctions were better too. Really like using the voice recognition which has developed into a reliable tool. The only drawback for me is the touch screen keyboard. Seems the occurrence of typos has increased in my use. Still, I much prefer this phone.
The Droid Ultra truly a great experience. Great sound and fast browsing. Good size screen for videos and pictures. Slim body that looks stylish. Overall reliable communication. Awesome

As person who wants a good smart phone but doesn't have a lot of money this is a good deal. The phone was well taken care of with no major damage, I have it on the verizon network. The phone goes in between one to two bars, but the lg vista did the same but that may be due to where I live, when you live in a country like area and you are searching for a phone and the reviews say only "good phone" it may be good in that persons area but not mine. Which is why I wish every one that does reviews would at lest tell the county that they live in. I live in West Blocton Alabama and can say that this phone works.
