I purchased this for my 85 yr dad as it is the same phone he is used to using. It arrived promptly and all seemed well; however, my dad contacted me and stated that the phone charger isn't working. Since he live in another state, I told him to get a charger from a local store. Hopefully, that works for him. If it weren't for the charging issue, I would have given the phone 5 stars. If the new charger doesn't work, I would give it a 1 star. We just have to wait and see.

I am most comfortable with Flip Phones vs the Touch screen phones which just isn't user friendly for me. If you don't need the features of a Smart Phone ie web access etc and want a phone for mobile calls & text msg's then this phone will fill that need. I am hoping Motorola Beefs up this Flip Phone Style and put it back on the Market, there's plenty of us Old School Flip Phone users that Need & Want the Larger Screen & would appreciate a more up beat Software Application. Phone sound clarity is clear & great... we like the pocket size of this flip phone. Right now I am using Samsung Alias 2 which has the slightly larger main screen which makes all the difference in the world. Key pads not big enough but once Motorola makes the improvements to a New Improved Flip Phone I'll be the 1st in line for it! For now I'll keep this V750 for a back up incase the Samsung gives up.Read full review
I bought three V750s for $80 total, so I cannot complain too much. The reception and sound quality are excellent for the most part. I was not able to pick up a signal at work or in WalMart very well (even with Verizon) with my AX380 or my RAZR V3m, but the V50 picks up signal like a champ. I have the 1150mah battery, and, to be honest, I do not know how long it will last because I usually charge my battery once it gets down to two bars. It took me about four days of light to moderate usage to get down to two bars, so I am extremely pleased with the battery life. My other phones would burn out under a day. Other than the stock ringtones, which are relatively small in number and a little cheesy, the only thing I can complain about is the speaker. It has the walkie talkie effect, and sometimes it is difficult to hold a conversation via speaker, so if you are a big speaker phone user I probably would leave the phone alone. Other than that, the volume, reception, clarity, and displays of the V750 is great.Read full review
the one thing i don't like is that unlike other verizon phones ( like casio), you can't voice text with this. you have to type, and i hate to type. for those of us who love flip phones, use a computer for the net, and do not want to incur $30/ month data plans inaddition to the cost of talk and text, this phone is ideal. lightweight, long battery life, screens on front and inside to display pics. don't need or want to pay $299 pus data plan for smartphone. smartphones are for dummies who can't manage money properly. unless you have a business that you can charge off the cost to, the smartphone is unnecessary. just my opinion.
