Pros: Outstanding GPS radio that works great even when heavily overcast. The build quality of the phone is good and it feels good in the hand. The camera is good once you learn the best settings for given light conditions. WiFi and Bluetooth both work well. Battery life is good both for the phone and the tablet. Both the screen of the phone and the tablet are responsive. The audio quality of the tablet is great. Cons: Phone speaker audio quality is not the best. The dock of the ASUS PadFone X station is delicate and care must be taken when docking the phone to avoid damage to the dock, as happened to me. Charging is slow when charging the ASUS PadFone station with the phone docked. ASUS has not upgraded the operating system past Android 4.4.2 for the PadFone x.

This item is amazing! You can't get a better deal for less than $200. For only $190 you're getting a phone with flagship specs and a 9" tablet, both with a 1080p display. The phone itself is just stunning and the ASUS take on the Android skin looks absolutely beautiful. The only problem I have noticed with the phone, is the wifi/LTE handoff. When I turn off wifi I have to make a call and then hangup before my phone will switch to LTE. I'm not sure if this is because I am using an AT&T device on T-Mobile or not but the device is SIM unlocked so it shouldn't matter. Other than that, I have no complaints about this duo at all. You can't get a better deal for this amount of money! Being a full time student, I love the fact that I can just plug my phone into the tablet station and quickly take notes during class. Padfone is very functional phone. I can manage two devices's apps and data all at once. CAUTION: In my case, I cant use tethering cause of using NOT AT&T sim card probably.

I have owned a Padfone for 3 year's now and they are very versatile you have just cell phone for everyday use and a tablet when you need one. The only thing to be aware of is if you buy a refurbished unit please make sure it's a Asus factory refurbished unit because you will have a OEM warranty. Try one you will not be sorry !!! I would be lost without mine !!!
