It's a solid, basic phone. One of the few out there with a keyboard. Folks who have trouble with use of their hands can use this a little easier than phones that only have on-screen keyboards. This is not a smartphone. It doesn't run Android. On the plus side, it also costs less than a smartphone and it does have a lot of nice features such as texting, a decent camera, access to the Internet, gps, speakerphone, and it plays music and videos. Not for everyone, but a lot of desirable features for an economical phone.
Had it for two months now so far no problems just wanted a simple phone and i got one. Keyboard is awesome no complaints internet is good reception great. Battery life is 3days max with normal use. Overall just and easy to use phone.
I purchased this phone because I needed something that would make texting easier. There are very few things I would change about this phone. Virgin Mobile reception and dependability is amazing!! The phone itself has nice easy buttons on the QWERTY without being huge. The screen is big enough to see pics. I'm not crazy about how it stacks messages (sort of like Gmail) and I don't like how the calendar works - I like to see the whole month and then go in from there. Otherwise it's been a fantastic value. And Virgin's PayLo is very affordable!!
The phone has many features that can not be use for example "maps" with navigation system, the demos for the games are nice but if you want to buy a game none of them is compatible with the device, download fake, and picture has no zoom and it is no way you can send it to facebook or your email you can text it I thing but no put it on FB. Still the phone it is able to text nice and search the web with no problem but that is part of Virgin mobile but samsung restore it is no what I expected.
nice and easy to use device and is a great starter phone for my son. Something I was able to look at and figure out real quick. We use the prepay option as it is a starter phone and is helping to teach him to be responsible.
