This device is and always will be my favorite. First android powered device after I left IOS. First the slide out keyboards helps you not lose screen when device is laid horizontal. Feels like a cellphone with its small size that makes it easy to fit in the palm of your hand. The touch sense scroller is great in case screen is broken, still very functional.great camera for its time. Made me fall in love with HTC and their phone line up

Keyboard..buttons not concise upon touching. Return button next to period in bad spot. Kept going back to out of frame so had to reload message. When composing a message 1st with no addressee yet in box it drafted your message in place not findable. Note (memo) function not user friendly. Disappointed in battery life. Screen brightness even on maximum was disappointing. Then to boot.. after less than 2 months, one message only could be pulled up. U had to reboot phone to pull up next message. Then at about 2 months phone would NOT come on, except once in a while. Soft and hard reboot did not work.. Phone is junk... It did work with Family Mobile. Finally MAXIMUM Cellular sent me a "Sorry" message...your phone only had 30 day warranty. I had it less than 60 before problems.

T-Mobile and HTC deserve praise for elevating the T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide from the ranks of flashy, midrange phones into a premium handset with some great additional features and specs that anyone would admire. Both the 4G speeds and 1.2GHz dual-core processor kept videos and the Web humming along, and the slightly modified HTC Sense interface is both powerful and easy to use. The fancy camera features didn't completely live up to their elevated promise, but the tools are generally useful and fun, even if they didn't uniformly perform as well as we had hoped. The keyboard was another area of disappointment, but one that will have a longer-lasting effect on cell phone owners than the camera. In the end, the MyTouch 4G Slide is a very worthy, very welcome member of the MyTouch family.
I'm pretty impressed at all the stuff this phone can do. What I'm not used to is the Android network and the ability of how all the programs keep running on this phone causing a low battery life. The ease of understanding all the features is for a moderately smart human being that adjusts to smartphones easily. I think the keyboard was difficult, the letters were too close to each other causing me to type like a 12 year old. I did not use the keyboard, it wasn't useful like the "teenage" smartphones. Overall I found it to be way too computer like... Too many steps to get to a simple task. Taa Da.
this is a very nice phone, the slide out key board is a little small in letter size but over all is a very nice key board. the camera on this is very nice, it is better then the digital camera we already owed. I guess we will be taking our pictures with this from now on. the phone it self is really nice, it has a lot of cool features, it is very user friendly and the price is fair as it can be i guess. over all a very nice phone, i would buy it again if i needed one.
