I bought the phone for it's built in FM Radio and camera features. I can listen to my favorite radio station without using my data. The camera features allow you to take a picture while the video is playing. I was able to update the software to 4.2. There are two things I should have researched before I bought: 1: the battery life is weak. I have to keep it plugged at work a few hours and again at home before I go to bed to have charge in the morning. 2: It doesn't come with a SD Card slot; meaning you cannot install your sd card anywhere. I had to plug in the media cable and download my pictures and music from my computer. Other then that I love it.
The phone came and with the operating system on it. I couldn't add most of my apps. I requested a refund and still waiting for an email on where to send it for my refund minus the 15% restocking fee.

Buenos días, Debo decir que no he tenido una buena experiencia con el equipo, esto debido a una falla de mi parte al momento de hacer la compra, donde no verifiqué en detalle las bandas que este puede manejar,para Venezuela, por ejemplo, el equipo está presentando problemas con la Banda 3G de la operadora DIGITEL, y según la características tampoco puede operar con la única banda LTE que tenemos, también de la misma empresa. Por lo demás es tremendo equipo. Pienso venderlo a algún usuario de otra operadora, o tendré que cambiarme de operadora. Ya veré, saludos y gracias
A good and worth product. Pros 1. Sleek 2. Ease of use Cons 1. Battery not detachable, so if battery problems, you will be screwed 2. The sim placed in a special latch, if you broke it, then it will be a damit issue for you.
The only thing I worried about is that the battery is not removable, but it´s a beautiful celphone and you can take beautiful pictures.
